Transforming the Worker, the Work and the Work Place. We believe for many individuals, the area of most significant influence is through work place relationships. Although neglected by many true believers, the work place is really their most natural orchard of ministry. Thus, our vocation, rather than taking time away from ministry, is actually our calling and our work place is our mission field and the primary backdrop for spiritual transformation and kingdom influence.
